    1. There was no supplied firewood when we were there which means foraging which I'm not sure is great for the habitat.

    Beautiful hidden spot, about 20 mins off main track or so. Little kangaroos all around, quite pleasant. Drop toilets were very clean, hand basin water just trickled though. Hot plate very good and had table to sit at. Was nice to wake up at.

    Fantastic for a day trip. A 450m path leads to an amazing waterfall and rockpool. One of the best on the central coast in my opinion. The trail is quite steep and slippery so moderate fitness level is required.

    2. It proximity to Newcastle and Central Coast means surprising amount of day trip traffic on the dusty road right by the site.
